Summer Camps 2010

Fun, summer camps offered for ages 5-13

All levels of riding experience welcome

Daily riding lessons, games, art projects, and horse care fundamentals.

JP Training has a very popular 'Summer Fun with Horses' program. These four-day, four-hour per day camps for ages 5-13 are run by Teri Anderson and her daughter, Riley. Both Teri and Riley are life-long equestrians and successful horse show competitors. Teri is an instructor in the school horse lesson program at JP Training. Riley is a student at the University of San Diego where she is Team Captain of the equestrian team.

Each session is limited to eight campers with daily one-hour lessons of four riders grouped by ability and/or age. Horse care fundamentals will be stressed; safety, grooming, tacking and un-tacking, bathing and parts of the horse. Campers will also enjoy art projects, games, special demonstrations, and more!

Camp hours: Drop-off 9:45 AM, Pick-up 2:00 PM.

2010 Summer Camp Prices

• Four Day Camp (with school horses/ponies) - $500
• 2 Four Day Camps or 2 children - $400 each
